Konsepnya sama, cuma bunyinya berbeza. Sila elakkan semampu anda.

Business in Abana's Point of View

Kita ambil satu contoh.... MLM..... ramai yang cukup tak suka dengar MLM. Bila kawan ajak makan di satu tempat lain.. jauh dari tempat biasa, kita dah mula rasa pelek... "alamak, mamat ni mesti nak promote MLM dia ni kot...". Sekali betol! huh, menyesal ikot....

Kalu tengah tengok tv, kita panggil nak order, punya lekat punggung dia kat kerusi tak nak miss tv tu.... "bang, apa special kat sini?"..... Kekadang pelanggan ni nak makan tapi tak tau nak makan ape. Senangkan keje dia, pilihkan. Kat situ, dah dapat jual sikap kita dah. Senang2 pelanggan tu datang lagi lain kali siap bawak member2 lagi. Siapa untung?.... oh lupa, orang yang amik order tu makan gaji je... dia peduli hape jual sikap ni.

kita tengok la peniaga2 kat pasar2 pulak. Kita tanya dia bebaik, macam mana respond dia? Senyum? Suara lemah lembut? Pandai ambil hati?

Gores 'N' Menang and their Site Specific Procedure (SSP)

Dear Friends,

We have been listening to these activities for long time and our Malaysian Government have announced that this Scratch 'N' Win (SNW) Contest is illegal. But till now, the activities still moving very fast and seems like no action has been taken so far. We are seeing lots of people from the syndicate which run the activity moving around at the shopping mall parking lots.

Personally, I have been reading more than 10 articles regard to this SNW is a totally scam. These people gave us very encouraging promises and expensive prizes to be won. But in the end, what would happen? everybody knows... and everybody would think, "I will not fall into this trap". Definitely everybody would think, "why there are still people fell into these fraud?"

I also one of the civillian who think of why still people don't think on the consequences of entertaining the SNW?

What I am going to express here is yesterday, 30th July 2008, I am the one who assist government in increasing the number of SNW victims. Why? On 1530 hours, I was in the office doing normal task and I received call from my wife. She needs me to meet her at Jusco Kepong now. I was wondering, why she go to Jusco in Kepong while we have Jusco in Wangsa Maju close to our home? I need to apology to my company due to leave the office during office hour. but my wife in danger. My wife is top priority and company down to number 2. A minute later, she called again. Now she is telling me that she met one chinese guy who introduce her with a quasi-SNW activity. She won Perdana V6 and she need to collect the Perdana V6 at Kepong.... then my mind thinking that I would lose some cash for this or my credit card could be used for this.

..... and it true! I have lost RM2000.00 cash to this syndicate. but how?!!!

Its happen at Carrefour Wangsa Maju when my wife went there to buy groceries for month of August. One chinese guy approach her and gave her an envelope at car park. She was not taking seriously to the envelope and proceed upstair to buy groceries. When she returned to the car, the chinese guy approach her again and tells her that his supervisor scolded him due to give the envelope to my wife without open it. He told that its ok if she gets 'Thank You' in the envelope, the guy declare he will get RM1 if one 'Thank You' envelope been opened. But if she gets 'Prizes' envelope, she will get the prize and he will receive RM2000 scholarship to further study. In her heart, if she could help him a bit even for RM1 'Thank You' envelope should be ok.

She opened the envelope.... Walaweh! its a picture of key! the chinese guy jump with joy telling this prize is 1/10,000 chances to be won. Luxurious car, expensive motorcycle and cash RM8000 are waiting at his office and need my wife to collect the prize at Kepong on the dot. During the jumping joy, one chinese lady approached and introduce herself as supervisor. The lady congratulate her for getting the very rare prize. Briefly, she explained to my wife that she need to pay RM4000 for insurance, roadtax and advertisement cost. Without any invitation from my wife, the chinese guy get into her car and ask her to drive to Kepong for prize redemption. Maybe because of prize won is Perdana V6, she follows to Kepong.

When arrived at the syndicate office, the chinese guy introduce to his manager, Miss Lynn. The age is around 30++. Miss Lynn explain the same thing as what the lady supervisor told my wife with extra information of the prizes are to be given to the winner for company tax reduction. Miss Lynn asked her to pay RM4000 today to redeem prize. She said that she do not have RM4000 at the moment but if she needs to pay, she could pay half. Then the negotiation flows very well. Miss Lynn gave one form to be filled of personal detail information and one clause in the form state as "If the winner not receive one (1) from three (3) items which confirm mention in the envelopes, the company will pay two (2) times compensation value to the winner." After signed the form, Miss Lynn gave her choose one (1) from three (3) envelopes to open. She picked one and the envelope show one picture of motorcycle. Miss Lynn congratulate her for winning RM10,000 motorcycle. After Miss Lynn says it is RM10,000 motorcycle, my wife starts to curious because in the picture was only Modenas Kriss and not looks like RM10,000 motorcycle.

Miss Lynn offer her 2nd attempt by open another envelope hoping to get Perdana V6 and need to pay RM4000 before open 2nd envelope. My wife st0pped her from offering more. From her curiosity, she inquire where is the motorcyle?

Miss PukiLynn : Ah.. the motorcycle is in our factory in Batu Caves. Don't worry, I will give you the address later.

My Wife : When can I receive the motorcyle? If I cannot get the motorcycle by tomorrow, I want my RM2000 back!

Miss PukiLynn : Why you scolding me? We consider you can open the envelope without full payment. We plan to help you by selling your motorcycle to our buyer in Penang. She will be coming to KL on 13th August.

My Wife : I cannot wait till 13th August. I want the motorcycle tomorrow or I want my money back now!

Miss PukiLynn : I cannot guarantee you to get the motorcycle by today because JPJ office hour ends at 1630hours and now is 1600 hours already. Before the motorcycle ready, we will give you the mortage of Massage Chopper.

My Wife : How could I get RM68 Massage Chopper as mortage of RM10,000 motorcycle?

Miss Pukilynn : Then we give you the Air Purifier to you. We sell this Air Purifier at RM3500.

Then Miss Lynn prepare a receipt of Air Purifier with cost of RM2000. My wife refuse to sign due to the receipt is consider Air Purifier been sold to her. But when thinking about her safety, she has to sign. Since I am on my way to her, she could not wait any longer with those thugs. After she walked away from the office, Miss Lynn also out from the office in hurry manner.

I arrived at location with police but its too late. I lost my cash which should be used to pay August bills and installments and I only see her crying hoping I am not angry due to her bad decision without asking my consent.

What should I do? Of course I am angry but I am her husband and in this situation, a wife really needs her husband shoulder to cry. I must control my anger and be a loving and caring husband to her. I love to her are not decrease even a particle after she did the mistake. I will always love her more and more.

"MAKING MISTAKE IS NOT A CRIME, IT'S A LEARNING SESSION. BUT WE CAN CONSIDER AS CRIME IF WE MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE"

All we have to do is to lodge police report at Kepong Police Station and the investigation continue at Sentul Police Head Quarters. Tomorrow, 31st July 2008, we will report this incident to Tribunal Pengguna Malaysia for requesting claim for our loss.

Well Friends..... stop to be civillian, we shift up to be citizen and concern on other people before they fall into the fraud. We need to fight this SNW and be one of SNR - Search and Rescue Team.

Thank You Very Much

Why Good People Leave Company?

WHY EMPLOYEES LEAVE ORGANISATIONS ? - Azim Premji, CEO- Wipro Every company faces the problem of people leaving the company for better pay or profile.
Early this year, Mark, a senior software designer, got an offer from a prestigious international firm to work in its India operations developing specialized software. He was thrilled by the offer. He had heard a lot about the CEO. The salary was great. The company had all the right systems in place employee-friendly human resources (HR) policies, a spanking new office, and the very best technology, even a canteen that served superb food. Twice Mark was sent abroad for training. "My learning curve is the sharpest it's ever been," he said soon after he joined.
Last week, less than eight months after he joined, Mark walked out of the job. Why did this talented employee leave ? Arun quit for the same reason that drives many good people away.
The answer lies in one of the largest studies undertaken by the Gallup Organization. The study surveyed over a million employees and 80,000 managers and was published in a book called "First Break All The Rules". It came up with this surprising finding: If you're losing good people, look to their immediate boss.Immediate boss is the reason people stay and thrive in an organization. And he 's the reason why people leave. When people leave they take knowledge, experience and contacts with them, straight to the competition. "People leave managers not companies," write the authors Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman. Mostly manager drives people away?
HR experts say that of all the abuses, employees find humiliation the most intolerable. The first time, an employee may not leave, but a thought has been planted. The second time, that thought gets strengthened. The third time, he looks for another job. When people cannot retort openly in anger, they do so by passive aggression. By digging their heels in and slowing down. By doing only what they are told to do and no more.
By omitting to give the boss crucial information. Dev says: "If you work for a jerk, you basically want to get him into trouble. You don 't have your heart and soul in the job." Different managers can stress out employees in different ways - by being too controlling, too suspicious, too pushy, too critical, but they forget that workers are not fixed assets, they are free agents. When this goes on too long, an employee will quit - often over a trivial issue.
Talented men leave. Dead wood doesn't. "Jack Welch of GE once said. A company's value lies "between the ears of its employees".
